Succulent Plant, Gasterhaworthia Batesiana Gracilis
This plant looks a lot like a 'little warty' to me but with rounded leaf ends instead of pointy and some other minor differences (such as that it remains more linear or fan like and that I've only seen four babies on a total of four plants in about two years). Some will start to spiral with age. The ones I'm selling are more mature with longer leaves but no offsets. Even though a succulent, it likes a good weekly watering or else the leaves may sunburn even without direct sun. I grow indoors with artificial light, and even it can burn the leaves if underwatered.
